Natonwide - I got a gift box which turned up a couple of weks late,
It had quite a lot of cleaning products, 2 'nationwide'branded mugs, 2 teaspoons, some tea and coffee, biscuits, and a bunch of home improvement magazines.

I had not expected it and picked my mortgage based on what was the best deal for me at the time. Had the box shown up on moving day as it was suppsoed to, it would have ben quite handy because of the cleaning products. As it was, I did end up using most of the stuff eventually.

5 years ago I got the same 5 weeks after I moved in. It arrived in a box similar to the size of a hoover box. The contents of the box must have cost let than the postage price

We received the same from Nationwide in 2016. I thought it was quite a nice touch. Never received anything from the estate agents or previous owners (not that this was expected anyway!).
Had the same gift from Nationwide in 2016. Definitely received card from agent, not sure about flowers.

I left bottle of champagne for new owners, in a flat I sold.
