Cheap hotel in Amsterdam

I'm after a cheap hotel in Amsterdam for 3 adults - Anyone have ideas?
I've been looking at this one called Formule 1.

check out Trip Advisor for an idea on the quality of hotels.

plus you can search for hostels and the like, which may be a better budget option.

i wouldn't rule out having a look on expedia either, then check and hotel that interests you on trip advisor.

Try these https://www.bookings.net we just booked 3 great nights in the 5* Barbizon palace with them. they gave me the best price. Also you do not pay them, you give them your credit card number, but you pay the hotel and the end.
I have a map of Amsterdam if you would like to ask me the location of any hotels feel free to pm me. We came back on Monday from 3 wonderful days and nights and are looking to go again. Very soon

This seems to be a recurring thread. I would recommend Hotel Van Onna, cheap, clean and right next to Ann Frank House. Ask for one of the newly done up attic rooms overlooking the canal.

Centrally located, over NewYork Pizza house.

Not as bad as it sounds - the dining area becomes your breakfast room!! Plenty juice & continental style eats, included!! Grab the rolls for your DiY lunch!!
