Electrical Work Quote

Kitchen is 2m x6m

Supply and fit 14 fire rated downlights 5w. Currently there are just 2 tube lights.

Supply and fit double socket x 4 around kitchen area
Supply fit isolator switch gas hob
Supply and fit 4 switch grid switches
A new 30amp supply for double oven including isolator switch
A new light switch in current location
Supply and fit 20w led outdoor pir light

    Thanks I am in West Yorkshire if that makes a difference. So about £800 in total.

    The work is to take 2 full days whilst the kitchen is fully stripped - no units in - just bare 4 walls.

    2 days labour about £400

    parts around the same so yes about £800 is right

    im in telford and this is what i would price a job at

    He clearly hasn't offered a price for the 14 downlights so his estimate was incomplete.

    I assumed that was included in the £420 to put in 4 new sockets.

    So what extra for the downlights?

    I usually price these things at £40 per item

    So an oven would be £80 (switch and outlet)

    What is more important is the electrician registered and compotent?

    It must be pointed out that that is very much on the cheap side and the OP cannot expect to get it at that sort of price.
