Hi, I opened a NatWest account last Wednesday 5/6 hoping to take advantage of the switch offer. I was given my sort code and account number and advised they would be in touch to request I upload some ID. On Friday the 7th, I received the request for ID which I uploaded straight away but since then, I've not heard a thing? The account is still not showing on the online banking app and I've had no notification of a switch date. Is this normal for NatWest? I've never known any other bank to be this slow!

The OP has the app, presumably on a phone/device no mention of an online account yet.
They are a bit slow and if I remember the contact is sparse but give it time they will eventually be in contact, afterall it's only been 3 working/banking days since they received the ID from you.0
