Turns out man with ginormous van has been parking in other people's spaces. He has come to an agreement with one house owner (more holiday home) to use her space when she is away. He is okay but his wife gets shirty about the parking limitations - they have a car, too. And concern was expressed about the potential blocking of emergency vehicles elsewhere on the access road.

No mention of PPCs but we need to deal with these issues

It was quite scary because there were a lot of folks there. In my experience lot of folks at AGMs = a lot of moaning. There were quite a few grumbles but they were also nice and appreciative

An interesting challenge.
