Am i not looking in the right place? Or do they not show now?
Thanks

Love a quickie, me :rotfl:
Tariff Comparison Rates (TCR) were introduced by Ofgem in 2014, to help energy customers to compare gas and electricity tariffs. It was a way of comparing the average cost of one tariff against another and worked in a similar way to the annual percentage rate for credit cards, but displaying a cost per kilowatt hour,
Both the Competition Markets Authority (CMA) and Ofgem now recognise that TCR does not help customers make informed choices about their energy tariffs, as it focussed only on cost and didn't consider any other added value elements of tariffs. So, Ofgem have decided that all references to TCR in customer communications should be removed. This is a mandatory change across the whole industry.0 -
Thanks for that .0
