Chaps payment into Lloyd's

Expecting a chaps payment into my Lloyd's account. They said I will have it between 2-6pm.
Is that a thought rough time frame that it could land or has Lloyd's got a specific time frame that chaps could land?

When I last spoke to Lloyds about chaps they said it was like faster payments in other words they don't 'control' when it's received or put them through at a certain time etc - the moment it is sent then it pretty much arrives in your account without their intervention

when it comes to chaps I have always found that on pressing send at the other end it arrives in my account within a few seconds
