    An IVA is designed for people with a lot of debt, and who have assets to protect.
    Although there is no min or max amount of debt, but they are really only suitable if your debt is 30k plus, due to the fees associated with an IVA.

    And as for waking up the ccj, there's no point doing that unless you have a strategy to deal with it.

    You can find out what it is (well, they can) from CCBC - the court will not alert the creditor. However your credit check (assume that's what you did) may mean the Credit Agency alerts them.

    Hopefully, it's one of the debts they already knew about.
