Repair Finance Agreement
I have just been hit by an impatient van driver. Now my insurance company (Diamond, part of Admiral) have told me that as it was not my fault, if I agree to Auxillis handling my claim, I will not have to pay the excess nor lose my NCB.
However, it appears that if Auxillis cannot get back all their costs from the other party's insurers, after 49 weeks they will ask me to pay them.
Can anyone advise me whether I should sign up for this?

no, claim directly off the van insurance company0

Find out if liability is in dispute and deal with the Third Party directly.0

Is your car a lease car? i.e. do you own it / have it financed and you'll own it at the end, or is it a lease / PCP arrangement?
I have a company car (leased from ALD) and company insurance. When I was hit recently I had no option to go directly to the TP insurer (even though they accepted liability and wanted me to) ... I had to go via the company insurer. That means my current hire car is via Auxilis. (I'd rather have dealt with it directly but this wasn't allowed).0 -
