certainly the entering one is mine - the exit one is in darkness so no, not at all clear. But i don't argue that it is my car - that is clear - just i can't figure out in the many places i park where this is - the street name comes up in almost every town i visit! :-(
It does seem bizarre that a PCN can be issued with no clear address of the 'offence'.0 -
it is an invoice , nothing more
if they have failed POFA by omitting the actual location then a keeper has no liability , just submit the blue text template as keeper for now
no blabbing about who the driver may have been0 -
