Identity Theft - Phone contracts and bank account

As stated I live with family in a house no shared tenants etc. As obvious as it may be that a family member was involved, I seriously cannot believe that because as of late I have been in and out of the house for days at a time and the post was there for a few days (whilst i was away) so if it was anyone they would have had plenty of time to intercept the post as everyone else was home and you could feel the debit card in the post so if anyone was waiting for it I wouldn't have known for a long time if it was taken.

It was a totally new bank account (I do have a credit card with the bank thou) my mothers maiden name was incorrect (the bank told me this when I rang up to report the issue as i couldn't pass customer authentification) once again if it was someone living in the house it would be easy to know this info.
3 phone contracts were taken out sim and phones ... the 3rd was a upgrade on my number that i have had for 20 years, they upgraded the sim plan and took out a new phone (was cheaper to do it this way) but didnt get a new sim which is why my current phone was not impacted (after going thorugh my emails when this upgrade was done i was sent an email to my real email address but the email was lost amongst all the clutter .. if i had received the email upgrade there and then would have caught onto this the day it happened.
The stores are local 5 mile radius.

Equifax/Experien have been checked and spoken to, I will check out call credit.

what does this organisation do ?? and will they contact CPW on my behalf for a SAR?
