British Gas Complaints

***Sorry posted this in wrong section, wasnt paying attention. Can someone move it please***

How long do British Gas usually take to respond to complaints? I put 2 complaints in 26 days ago through resolver and still yet to hear anything.

To keep it short, the 2 complaints were about British Gas sending the wrong meter reads to mothers previous supplier and the other about a bill that should not exist, that after 4 months are still trying to hound my mother for.

What a shower :angry:

    Complaints via Resolver have been known to not be passed on. Complain directly to BG. You've added an extra layer of bureaucracy.
