Processing delay Lloyds business ,638 indicator

My business has been closed for a week now,, with a processing delay,,they won't give me information ,,and all the usual vaige answers,,the business has only been open 4 months and going well,,,untill this
I know I have a 638 indicator on my account,if anyone knows what this is.We are in the music business,,setting up festivals,hiring ,DJs,looking after bands and there families,which includes hospitality also,,there has been no money allowed in or out of the account since June 4 ,,,I've been on the phone everyday to them,,,today a payment was allowed into my account,,,but still unable to transfer money out,,very strange,, PLEASE HELP.

If they have refused to give you any information (rather than you not understanding what they've told you) then there's a distinct possibility that they suspect your account is being used for some illegal purpose such as money laundering.0
