Repeated parking tickets being given

Have tried to read through all of the posts and can't really find an answer to the problem we have.

I live abroad and when my daughter went to uni last year we bought a flat nearby for her to live in and rent out the spare room to a friend. The flat comes with a space. In the last 12 months she has received 10 tickets from UKCPM and the management company have managed to get them all cancelled after serious wrangling so my issue is not getting the tickets cancelled but to try to stop it from happening again as she is basically being harrassed. I have put in a formal complaint to the management company and they asked for the space to NOT be patrolled and since then we are still receiving tickets. What do we do and what can we threaten them with?? Getting ridiculous now!

Do you know who the freeholder is?

They will have employed the ManCo and may be able to apply a boot somewhere

And is the contract with the PPC with the ManCo?

If you/your daughter own the parking space, complain to the DVLA about the repeated trespass and repeated requested for the keeper's personal data on land that you/she owns. Include a copy of the land registry entry as proof.
    This constitutes a DPA/GDPR breach.

Also, your daughter should complain to her MP about this unregulated scam.

    You called

You should raise this at the next AGM. Have you read this

    https://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2016/11/residential-parking.html

Is the parking space on your lease, (ie your demised property), or allocated by the landowner? If the former they are treapassing and can be sued. Send them a cease and desist letter.

Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams so complain to your MP.

Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.

Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

Just to understand - what are they claiming she is doing or not doing?
