Shutl by Hermes Service - ebay refusing refund.

Why would they talk to OP? He doesn't have a contract with them. The seller paid for their service.
At the end of the day he was a "user" of their service and entitled to be heard as a stakeholder, someone with an interest in the affair. I recently received a parcel from a seller on eBay, who used Hermes, and the item was damaged in transit. As the end-user, Hermes contacted me by email and asked for comments on their service. I told them exactly what I thought of their efforts. I also posted on Trustpilot about the item. The seller replaced the damaged item without a quibble, but I doubt they'll be using the service in future. One way or the other, the package has not been delivered, and the OP needs to know what happened. If Hermes want to remain in the courier business, they should be doing everything they can to solve the mystery of the missing parcel.0 -

There is no contract between the buyer and Hermes. It is THAT simple.0
