My free trial ended on 8/6 So my first payment was taken same day for the family plan. However I still haven't received the email with the code to order the echo dot.
I got a couple of emails over the trial period saying my code would be sent once the free trial finished. Is it just me?

The code was sent once the first payment was taken.
I received mine ok.

Yeah checked junk and recycle bin incase I deleted it by mistake. Definitely no email. Hope I haven't wasted £15! Plus my 2 year son has been really looking forward to getting an alexa!

It's the same code, but it can take up to 7 days to become live on your account

Thanks both. I got a very swift reply from Amazon customer services saying the code email can take 7 days to come through so I'll give it a few days more before trying the code.0

I paid my 1st monthly subscription on 8th June so today is day 6. I've not had a code. I just tried the code above and it didn't work. I guess I'll have to wait till day 8 and then contact Amazon customer services.0

I didn't receive my email (very unusual for Amazon), but it was in the Amazon message centre.
