Hoping someone here can help!
Microsoft update has changed the way Outlook now looks, the background and print are now very similar and difficult to read, a bit like MSE was when it changed.
It is driving us nuts in the office and we can't work out how to change the format so that it is more user friendly when it comes to reading emails, anyone able to help?

Assuming you mean the Outlook email client (part of Office), there are different "themes" you can choose from.
I've got Office 2016 here at work and I've got a choice of:-
Colourful
Dark Grey
White
They are under (in my version):-
File
Option
General
Office theme (roughly middle of the popup when you go to Options):wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:
