I would urge anyone who gets a scum-bill [aka a PCN etc from the scumcos] to consider the following....
Is it a wrong/weak reason [eg double dipping/zero entered as O]??
If so did the scumco get your data from DVLA?
If they had done proper checks would they have realised they did not need to obtain your data??
Does the scumco have assets that you could get bailiffs to remove etc..ie are they worth suing?
If the answer to the above four questions are Yes, then I'd whack a DPA claim in against the scumco....settle for about £250 plus filing costs.
Money....It's the only thing these scum understand. And violence, but that's for another day!0 -
