Agreed. But quite frankly I don't think the OP will take 3 holidays. I think the employer will probably balk at holiday 2, so that OP will be forced to hand in their notice. I assume that anyone who is going to uni is capable of working out how much holiday they have accrued and taken, and if they work the full period and 3 holidays will therefore be able to work out how much will be unpaid. Perhaps this is optimistic.....Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0
