My update on BT complaint..

in Praise, vent & warnings
Well thanks to the person who mentioned the email address on here for BT i got a reply within half an hour last night! Then this morning within 10 mins of emails i have got our £124.99 connection fee back! I urge anyone whos not happy to contact them as i was going to give up as was so tired of bothering! glad i didn't now!
(i will find the name of the person and thank them btw).

    Vancat you have mentioned the name on here so thankyou but i actually found it on another complaints site for BT!! I expect the poor mans name is plastered everywhere! thanks again.

    Thanks for the e mail address i will be in touch to try and sort out a problem i have had dragging on for 9 months now.
    After many e mails phone calls and letters i thought it was all sorted but just received my latest bill and i have been charged a late payment fee for not paying the service charge that i should never have had in the first place, again my initial queries are being ignored.
    WHOOOOSHHHHHHHHH……..
    Blimey what was that ?
    That was your life mate
    Oh I wasn’t quite ready can I have another go ?
