Hisense and Virgin media frustrations..

Hi guys, would anyone be able to advise of a way to get a Virgin TiVo V6 remote to control a hisense TV please? I've just bought the TV and only last month renewed my Virgin deal... I've tried everything on the Virgin forums with no joy. Very frustrating.. Thanks in advance..
