Section 75, Square payment processor. - claim won

Hi there,

Similar to yourself, I have put in a section 75 claim and the payment was processed via Square. I was wondering if you had any further updates? thanks in advance.

Hi,

Still going through this. I have received a letter from them a few days ago saying 'we acknowledge your complaint' with no other info really.

It has been almost 8 weeks since i first raised my section 75 and nearly a month since I rebutted their initial rejection letter.

What are the circumstances of your claim?

I don't think your payment going via an intermediary as is almost always the case anyway matters at all

Hi,

This is still ongoing for me. The ombudsman have just given me a reference number for my complaint.

Will update when it is resolved.
