Tv gone again

Hi,hoping for some advice,I bought a tv of the Co-op which was delivered on the the 3rd December 2018 but did not open it for a couple of weeks ,anyway end of January this year it kept turning on and of so after contacting Digihome they asked me to try certain things but no joy,They then sent me a usb to try no luck,so they came to take for repair,with wait for them to pick and return the tv with the time waiting for them to pick up 1 week and 16 days for the to bring it back after that,2 weeks ago it would it started turn on and of constantly so again they sent me another usb which worked but without tv till it arrived,Today it has gone again and this time the usb dos not work,can i get the co op to take the tv back and refund my money as i do not think it i fit for purpose and if they fix it again think it will happen again and also means i will be without it again for a few weeks,Sorry for the long thread ,just so frustrated,Thanks in advance.

    The retailer has one chance to repair before you can reject, it seems like you went straight to digihome without contacting the Co op first so they may still want a chance to repair.

    Hi,thanks for reply ,I did contact the C op first and then they put me through to Digihome each time.

    In that case you can reject for a refund. Given that the fault has recurred just outside the 6 months period then they can legitimately reduce the refund to account for your ownership, but if they did this by any more than, say, 10% they'd be taking the p...
