Update - the court has moved the hearing date to next May, and VCS have to pay another £25 court fee. Will the WS have to be re-submitted? Can it be a new and improved version, or does it have to be a copy of the one already submitted?0

VCS must be on the bottom rung for importance
Maybe be best to ask the court that question, someone on here might say otherwise though0 -
My son won't be back in the UK till May.
