    Ok thanks.

I removed the repeated 'at' here:

"11.3). At at #47 in the Court of Appeal Approve Judgment..."

Is this ready to send off?

Seems good to me. It's only part of the process but start that wheel turning!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok. So we have received the DQ form.
One query: the defendant is going to be working overseas from September but does not have dates confirmed yet and is unlikely to get the dates until after the deadline that the DQ needs to be returned. What should be filled in for question D4?

    thanks

That's exceedingly quick - just three working days since you filed your Defence?

Are you sure that DQ came from the CCBC and it's not just an early copy of the Claimant's DQ?

How about putting the dates of non-availability as 1st September to 30th September?

What do you mean by 'from September'?

Would you have to blank out more than one month?

I'm pretty sure its from the Court. There was an email response in about 10 miinutes after submitting the defence via email. The form that came in the post is stamped 'Northampton CCBC' and has information about mediation etc and all the questions that are listed in the Newbies thread. Will there definitely be a Claimant's DQ too?

The defendant is waiting to hear about going to play rugby abroad. The league competition season runs from September to May but he hasn't got exact dates yet. He could have to go in August for pre-season training.

I could phone the court tomorrow and ask them.

Well in post #7 above I did write:
Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
But if your DQ came from the CCBC I am truly amazed.

Just to add to this thread but I sent my defence on 7 June and had email acknowledgment then the next day received the Directions Questionnaire from the CCBC by post so it looks like they are now sending them out immediately.
