Advice on whether to add anything to the appeal template.

the posts dont have to say what trashman may or may not have done
the posts should be written from telling the story about what the DRIVER did on the day and what the KEEPER received since and what the KEEPER has done or should be doing
telling fibs wont help the case, its confusing as can be seen above
make it a third party story, being told by a story teller who wasnt present0 -

From the posts so far I know that the keeper was the driver on the day. That is giving away who the driver is. Please amend you posts to avoid giving away the identity of the driver.
Actually no, the keeper was not the driver on the day. I've said I was with the driver, not the keeper.
I'll be honest here I'm very confused as to what I should be and not be saying. This is my first time dealing with anything like this.0 -
Reading through the PFoA(d )specify the total amount of those parking charges that are unpaid, as at a time which is—
(i )specified in the notice; and
(ii) no later than the end of the day before the day on which the notice is either sent by post or, as the case may be, handed to or left at a current address for service for the keeper (see sub-paragraph (4));
Does that mean the PCN should be telling me what the parking charge was that should have been paid on the day or just the amount of the fine/ticket?0 -
THE KEEPER recently received a PCN from a local car park that THEY have used many, many times before.
After coming back from doing some chores THE DRIVER TRIED to pay for THEIR parking by entering THEIR reg into the machine.
THE DRIVER waited behind another user who was attempting to pay for their ticket, after a few minutes they ask THE DRIVER to try THEIR REG as the machine was saying their reg was not in the system. THE DRIVER entered THEIRS and got the same result, THEY then asked the next person to try and again the same, no reg is the system.
The first user said that it must be because it was a bank holiday and that it would be the same as a Sunday, meaning you could park there for free for as long as you liked. This made sense to THE DRIVER and the 3rd user. THE DRIVER BEING THE DRIVER, THEY still tried another machine with the same outcome, no reg in the system.
So THE KEEPER was wondering whether THEY should add this detail to the appeal or just post the standard template still?
Thanks for any help.
there, I have edited your initial post so that you understand that the following words should not be used
"MY , ME , MYSELF & I"
POFA is stating that the pcn should state the reason for the pcn being issued , which may include any and all unpaid charges on the day which would usually be attributed to the vehicle bearing the VEHICLE REGISTRATION MARK or VRM for short. this info is for the KEEPER, not YOU
the initial postal pcn is the NTK and goes by post to the keeper , not the driver
you are an occupant of the vehicle telling the story and helping the KEEPER to fight this pcn , so the KEEPER (the relative) is the one involved and appealing , not YOU0 -

Umkomaas told you what to look for, the WARNING about liability as set out in 9(2)f of the POFA:but you need to check the rest of the NtK (especially the PoFA warning) to see if it all complies with PoFA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
