Good Pressure Washer (Block Paving)?

Any recommendations for a Pressure Washer that is capable of giving Block Paving a good clean.
Neighbour uses small Karcher which seems to bring back the natural colour in theirs but i have never bothered to get one.
I normally scrub with broom and sweep in dried kiln sand after but don't want to use any chemicals in case it stains.
Enjoy everyday like it's your last!

Can you just ask your neighbour if you can borrow their pressure washer?

I use an old Karcher with a T-racer. If you do it every year you won't need anything more powerful or any chemicals.
Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.

I prefer Nilfisk over Karcher, particularly if you go for the cheaper models as the motors are better. Whatever you go for get one with a patio cleaner attachment.

Never bother with the patio cleaner they don't work as well as the jet blast of water.

My karcher is now about 15 years old and still as powerful as ever, works great, gets all the moss out and then finished with kiln dried sand, I do mine every 5 years or so give or take a couple of years.

For what it's worth my old Karcher K2 lasted me a good few years, but it is air cooled and so is only really designed for small jobs. I have used it very successfully twice a year to clean my patio, using the patio cleaner racer head. I am loath to just use the lance provided as it can affect the pointing, or even blow it out. I find the actual chemicals a waste of time and makes very little difference to the cleaning.

I have seen the K2 models for as little as £69 in the sales so would be worth considering investing in one. Just make sure it also has the T-Racer patio cleaner.

How big is your patio? Mine is about 30m2
