I support a lad who took out a new 24 month contract for an ee phone with car phone warehouse last Thursday. It is £20 per month. Sorry, but if the OP is supporting this person either in a professional capacity or as an official volunteer then they should never get into a position of lending money to the people that they support.

In my experience, charities and other volunteering organisations tell their volunteers that this is something that they must not do!
