Universal Credit, Frequency of Appointments

I've been on Universal Credit since December 2018 and during that time I've had infrequent appointments with different members of female staff. Like JSA where you had an appointment every two weeks is there supposed to be the same sort of appointment frequency ?. I find the appointments to be a waste of time as what I say…

Originally, we where told use discretion etc, telephone appointments, digi appointments, but now it's as I posted above.

It's covered on monthly 1-1's and checked when interviews are observed by team leaders.

In internal guidance it has the timescales written for each regime that need appointments.
