I need to buy a new washing machine but unfortunately don’t have all the necessary funds right now. My credit isn’t great so I was wondering if anyone knows of a high street or online retailer who’s not overly strict on finance/credit when making a decision?

Unfortunately it's only the likes of B.......... And other extremely high interest companies that might look at you.
Can't it not be repaired or use a launderette while you save up?
Or look at BHF, gumtree etc.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0
