Blocked sewer pipe at 90 degrees bend

Unless its been dug up or a camera has gone down we don't really know if its too sharp, it may have sunk or the slope may be wrong.

There are long 90 degree bends which work better than short ones regarding blockages, but there ought to be an inspection chamber.
I did get away with the long bend on a 'sink only' pipe which has given no trouble, but I'd not even think about it on a toilet connected pipe. Just had 4x 2-5 year olds here at the weekend, and a couple of them quietly amused themselves by flushing almost an entire bog roll down .... before they were discovered! :rotfl:0
