Budget Soundbar

Hi I am looking for a soundbar for under £100 to accompany my LG 55OLEDB7V. I live in a small block of flats so I cant really ever turn up the volume too high but I would like to have better quality sound compared to the tv speakers. I am looking for recommendations for a soundbar with an HMDI ARC connection.

if sitting a sound bar below a TV causes issues(many are too tall) a mount to have it above is not too expensive.

You can also get a mount to have speakers to the side of the TV if going down the bookshelf/PC small speaker route.
