Hi Can anyone who knows about benefits I was out of work in feb on jobseekers and tried to get some free dental treatment
like you can went to dentists filled out a form which had to types of jobseekers also bear in mind when I signed up to jobseekers
I said to to benefit office in Braintree can i claim free dental care as I badly need some teeth out. well I went to dentist they did the check up fine said I would have to go to hospital to have teeth out as they weren't must left as could never afford to go.
so put it off like you have to when you are on lower wages well months passed and then got a letter saying i had wrongly claimed

so I sent letter tomy MP and them explaining what I was going through and my wife having very bad lung disease.
they said I still owe £120 and ways to pay when I should have been entitled in the first place please help some kind person.

It is not clear from your post whether you went to the dentist in February whilst on JSA or whether you claimed JSA in February. Please clarify.

Have a look at your JSA award letter to see whether you are on contribution based JSA or income based JSA or a combination of the two.

It would help if you could tell us what benefits you and your wife are claiming.

You have to be on income based JSA to be eligible for free dental treatment or contribution based JSA with an income based 'top up'.

As you only claimed JSA in February then you will claiming New Style JSA and this doesn't entitle you to free NHS treatment. Only Income Related JSA entitles you to that.

You may have to pay that fine now. For future NHS treatment there's the NHS low income scheme and you'll need to fill out the form. Details here. https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/nhs-low-income-scheme/hc2-certificates-full-help-health-costs

That would be New Style JSA and this doesn't entitle you to free NHS treatment. DWP are not the best people to ask this sort of question.

PIP doesn't qualify you for free NHS treatment.
