Link Parking Appeal Rejected

Hi,
Received a parking charge notice on 14/4/19 for my residential parking space for not displaying a valid permit.
Received a notice to keeper on 23/5/19, appealed on 1/6/19 using the template appeal.
Received a rejection for the appeal by Link Parking today (8/6/19) but they did not provide any further details/photos as requested in the template appeal.
Should I respond to them stating that they didn't provide details, or just wait for the letter of claim to arrive.
Thanks
D.

UPDATE:
Sent SAR to Link Parking with no response. It has been easily over a month now, is there somewhere I can report them to?
During my holiday a letter was sent to me on 28 August 2019 with a cover letter from Link Parking and correspondence from BW Legal stating me to pay or court proceedings.
How should I respond?
Thanks,
