Samsung Washing Machine SUD warning

Our Samsung Eco Bubble Washing Machine now stops half way through its cycle with a SUD warning. We have tried putting in a minimal amount of washing powder but this makes no difference. We have also put on a boil wash with no washing powder to try and clear it. Also sometimes if we leave it for about 20 to 30 minute it starts up again off its own accord. Strange. Any suggestions please as to how we can try and rectify the problem.

When you do the boil wash, do you see many suds, or just a little? I would repeat the boil wash one more time before trying another wash.

Which detergent are you using and how much? I've recently bought a new machine and it needs less detergent than my previous one, despite being a slightly larger capacity.

We are experiencing the same issue. Reading elsewhere it does appear that the SUD warning is a common problem with Samsung washing machines. We have tried the boil wash twice, but the SUD warning still appears, often just before the rinse cycle starts. We are only putting the bare minimum of washing powder into the machine. We have been using the same detergent for a number of years which has always been OK..We are now considering other possible options to try. Any suggestions please

When you say the bare minimum, do you mean the least amount shown on the box? Are you seeing any suds when using this amount and would you describe the amount of suds as a lot?

I ask the above as it you may need to reduce the amount of detergent further still.
