When you say "cropped" out can you be more precise?
For example was the appela:

It is similar. However, the driver admitted to being the driver on the day and supplied their name and address in the format in CAPS. It was a letter attached to an email so their name and address was at the top of the letter clearly visible.
The name and address have been removed from the letter supplied as part of the SAR.
The parking provider has advised me that they have seen this post and it will be used as part of their evidence against me.
They have advised me that they will request that Moneysavingexpert supply my name, address and i.p address.
However, I would be so proud to present this post at court.
I have suffered months of panic attacks and stress due to my details being passed illegally to Debt Recovery Plus. The stress has affected our health and in turn our small business.
Although the parking provider has advised me that the advice given on this forum is incorrect I cannot thank you all enough for your help. We have been bullied and harassed by the parking provider and Debt Recovery Plus for over a year and cannot afford legal advice.
Your help means so much.
