Connecting water butt to pvc pipe

Hi
I have managed to connect three water butts side by side and also made an irrigation system using old PVC conduit pipes.
Problem is I need to somehow connect water butt tap timer connector (15mm hose size) to pvc pipes of 20-21mm or so.I tried heating them up
is there anything i can use/buy which will sort out his problem?
many thanks

Hi
thanks for the info.
I was under impression these are for rigid pipes/tubes.
But hose being flexible will this provide water tight connection?0 -
The problem you have is 20mm electrical conduit isn't designed for plumbing use, so there aren't any ready made adaptors to standard plumbing sizes. In fact the only things I can think of which might be any use to you are these adaptors which have a screwed thread on one end and a 20mm solvent socket on the other -11fernsroad wrote: »Hi

- but you would then need to find something with the same kind of thread to adapt to plumbing fittings.
If you are lucky the thread on the female version will be the same as the thread on a plastic cable gland like this -

-which would give you a 'compression' type connection which might just be watertight (if you are really lucky) onto a 10mm or 15mm water pipe (you'll need to experiment - 15mm might require exceptional luck).
If you manage to adapt to 15mm diameter water pipe you'll then find it is usually a tight fit inside pliable hosepipe.0
