Afternoon all. Bright and very breezy here. I got up late, had a shoer and rushed off to knit n natter. Came home and had a late lunch. Now chilling out.

We will need to contact a plumber as the shower has suddenly become difficult to turn off. So it will be baths for a couple of days until we can get it fixed.

TA enjoy your outing. Hope the rain goes off. taff I went to that KF exbitition fout years ago. I probably haven't been to Bath since. Jackie O how's you?

Thanks for all the good wishes for John driving again. We teally have come out the other side. I am so glad.

Evening all,

Nice enough day here, few drops of rain at times but managed to get some rhubarb picked, bagged and in the freezer, left some out and DD 1 will make a tart......her pastry is much nicer than mine.

DD3 is on dinner duty, chicken of some kind, she and her OH have narrowed down the houses they want to 2,now I think that they are having a hard time agreeing on which to buy......I know where both houses are and would think that the one SIL likes least would be my favourite, not my money so will mind my own business.

Black cats......with you 100% on enforced charity donation, I donate to one charity and refuse all other requests. There is much discussion going on here (ROI) about tipping in restaurants as apparently some owners only distribute some of tips money a dog use the rest towards wages.....not illegal but I don't like it!
