Solarplicity YET MORE PROBLEMS

My Saga with Solarplicity has been a nightmare, EVERY month there is a problem with them, I call them every 2 weeks or so, the South African call centre say they will do something but they DO NOTHING.
I am scared to leave because of all the problems others have when they try to leave this company.
I now have TWO MORE PROBLEMS
1. I downloaded my latest bill (based on Estimate because they will not take readings) and they HAVE HIKED MY ENERGY PRICE AND MY STANDING CHARGE.
I have not had ANY notification of this, previously they wrote to me moving me to a different Tariff and did not give me 30 days notice, the letter was backdated, but now nothing at all.
2. More seriously it is no longer possible to pay them via Lloyds Bank. I went to pay them last month and was told by Lloyds bank that their systems have been updated and from now on I will not be able to pay cash or any payment without a PAYMENT SLIP (AKA BANK GIRO CREDIT).
I along with many other people including the elderly, people on low incomes and people who bank abroad, need to pay in CASH. Companies like Thames Water have a service called Paypoint which works very well, every energy company I have ever used has the payment slip.
This is just another example of the sheer incompetence and incredible lack of customer care at Solarplicity, they have been banned from taking new customers and with good reason, they are still not in a fit state.
This is the company that said "STANDING CHARGES - WE DON'T BELIEVE IN THEM"
I pay in advance 3 months at a time but because they are estimating bills (sometimes at 200% above usage) and can not or will not take readings they SAY I am in debt.
I notice that they have had companies that traded as Solarplicity go bust and be taken to Court for non payment of VAT
I also note that have not been paying feed in fees.
Also I noticed on their website that the company names have been taken OFF which suggests another shuffle of going bust and using the same name to trade but the underlying company being completely different
Previously the website said the company was
"Solarplicity Asset Limited (FRN 770903) is an Appointed Representative of Improveasy Finance Solutions which is a trading style of Green Energy Advisors Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (Co. Reg. number 7807352). Registered Office: Manchester Business Park, 3000 Aviator Way, Manchester M22 5TG. The firm is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 708623). The firm is authorised as a Lender (limited only to green deal finance plans). It also acts as a Broker, not a Lender, and offers credit facilities from a panel/one lender. The credit is subject to application and status.
So I looked up the company and it does not look right
First of all Solarplicity Asset Limited has been renamed PEERGLOW ASSET LIMITED
It says
Next accounts made up to 31 March 2018 due by 31 December 2018
Last accounts made up to 31 March 2017
So it seems that this company is being prepped to go bust or at the very least debranded, not filing accounts for SIX MONTHS usually gets your company struck off
Search for Solarplicity at Companies house and there is a complex structure that is not clear at all, you might be better off searching for CEO David Stuart ELBOURN

SOLARPLICITY LIMITED 21 Oct 2015 - 13 Apr 2018 name changed to AMP 5000 LIMITED and then liquidated owing HM Revenue and Customs. First signs were

If you look at all the companies called Solarplicity there seems to be a lot of name changes

Is this company on the way to going bust?
I have heard that it is better to owe an energy company money than have them owe you, but I hate owing people money which is why I pay 3 months upfront.
If you look on trustpilot the number of toxic reviews is astonishing, the only respite seems to be when people sleep.

All I wanted was Cheap (renewable) energy, an accurate bill and a means to pay monthly or quarterly in cash.
This company makes me promises EVERY TIME I call but the poor staff in South Africa look at the ticket and say "sorry there has been no feedback"
As if to add insult to injury they have been promising me my free LED light bulbs since January, each time they say "it will be 3 weeks" or "we have prioritised your order" or "I have escalated this" but when I chase and quote them the details they say "sorry there is no feedback".
OFCOM needs to not just take assurances they need to get in there and sort them out, yes Mary Starks I am talking to you! Never mind stopping them taking new customers, put their prices back down and insist that they revert to their stated value of NO STANDING CHARGES.
When a company builds itself a set of values you have to hold it to them.
UK Consumers are being ripped off with a 13 BILLION cost of so called Smart Meters, we need supplier to offer NO STANDING charges and LOW ENERGY cost, this was the promise of SOLARPLICITY who said they would have no standing charges and yet always be cheaper than big six.
So I dare not leave them because you can see on here and Trustpilot they do not complete the transfer.
I can't pay them because they do not have Payment Slip
I can't get them to take my readings, store accurate personal data about my usage in accordance with GDPR.
Honestly something needs to be done and the lies of David ELBOURN should not be believed, YES I can call you a LIAR Mr David ELBOURN, I have a letter from your company where you make certain promises, but these did not happen and you have gone from bad to worse to terrible to not fit to trade.
I am scared to leave because of all the problems others have when they try to leave this company.
