Just one question,

Can I claim back my £12 charges even though in my terms and conditions it says I will be charged £12 for a late payment or going over my balance?

Thanks, so if I've read right then any £12 claims I've recieved after June 2006 I can still claim back?

Yes, you can still put in a claim for the lower £12 charges as this is only a figure at which the OFT won't take action, not an indicator of the actual cost.
