Thank you all. I need to keep the money available to pay my tax bill next January so the lottery is too big a gamble. Just got an email to advise of a £1 voucher win from my tv surveyMortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. I think you stand more chance of winning when you have bigger blocks of bonds. There is a thread higher up the boards, might be worth taking a look.
It's a random draw so, like any raffle (which is essentially what it is), the more entries you have, the more chances you have to win - it doesn't matter whether you've got £1000 worth of bonds in one block or 10 blocks of £100, you've still got 1000 separate chances of winning a prize.Best win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 20100 -
Yesterday evening I combined a living social scratch card offer with a tcb bonus. I spent £7 and will get£3.07 back. I won a total of £10 across all the scratch cards so a £6 win for me.
Also, just did the tcb summer treats thing and have won 20pMortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes.
