Car Warranty

Hey,

I bought a used car with a warranty at a garage in London, through WMSgroup. I currently live in Cardiff now and was wondering if I could use my warranty at another garage and not the one i bought the car from.

What does your paperwork say?

So you will expect someone in Wales to repair for free,why did you buy so far from home.
If it was a new car you might get it done.

As above, check your paperwork. It may say the same as the WMSGroup web site says under claims :
"2. Telephone our claims dept on 01844 293810 who will advise you of your local approved repairer"

What is the issue you have with the vehicle? Most of these warranties have so many exclusions that they are entirely worthless anyway.
Is the warranty insurance-based, or supplied by the dealer? If the latter, you'll need to go through the dealer, and at your expense to get there.
