Shared freehold & sinking fund query.

I brought a flat which I have lived in some 5 years. I am one of 5 flats in the house conversion of which we all have equal shared freehold.
I was informed upon purchase that all flats contribute £60 per month each which apparently was revised amongst the owners to £100 each per month.
I went with the flow and I think within the first 6 months of owning the top floor flat requested urgent repairs to the roof which I think we all paid an extra one off payment of £300 each. I forget exactly how much funds were in the kitty at the time.
Anyway I have continued pretty relaxed and complient paying my £100 per month.
I have now requested from the treasurer account statements going back 5 years just to make sure all things are being done fairly and see the account activity which seems to have been met with some resistance.
I just wondered if anyone could inform me of my legal rights and their legal obligations in this scenario ?
Thank you.

Are you a shareholder in the company which owns the freehold?0
-
Yes I believe I am. All five owners form the company.0

You should have an annual meeting which includes the accounts.0

Funnily enough there hashould not been a meeting to my knowledge since I moved in. 2 of the owners let their flats and have done ever since I've been here. Not sure if that is a factor.0
