Can anybody help please?
I have a Belkin f5d7632 modem router, orange broadband and BT phone line
But I cannot now connect to the internet with the router I can connect with the original speed touch modem supplied by orange but only if it is plugged directly into the main phone socket not an extension .Orange say its ok as there modem works Have rang BT they say line OK.although the pole has the wires protected by a plastic bag as the connection box is broken and Belkin say the LAN port on the computer is corrupt not sure what this is but 2 wired and one wireless computer all cannot connect.
sorry its so long and thanks

Have you configured the Belkin router with your username/password etc? Even if one of your LAN ports is not working, you have two other PC's that you could use to set it up. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0 -

Sounds like you need to use the Belkin lifetime warranty then. Some users have had to replace theirs several times! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
