Only Box bush has had bug killer, a recommendation of the RHS.
Blueber has had compost Salix, and hebe hasnt had compost, but Hebe is below a membrane as there is a rogue sycamore tree or 12 in ytne next property that normally has me busy digging thousands of seeds out every spring

looks like waterlogging especally on the hebe. its likely stress on the back of last years heatwave a warm early spring followed by a late short snap of cold weather then humid wet weather a lot of shrubs are looking a bit ragged this year, the hebe should of had a very light trim in spring I'd give it all a bit of TLC with some seaweed feed
