Insurance claim form filling?

I am currently making an insurance claim for lots of items that were recently damaged in my cellar. I recon because of all the dozens books and other bits and pieces I have to list down it would look a lot better and easier all round if I had a spreadsheet of some nature to help me list these items down. Sadly though I am a bit of a computer numpty and do not able to work out how to make one myself. Do any of you guys have links to any insurence company pre made forms that I could use or know of any helpful web sites that may have pre made claim forms or spread sheets?

I don't have anything, but this is such a good idea - a simple spreadsheet where you could list everything that you have lost.
