But the OP did say:I cant prove number 5 I thought this part would just make them prove they owned the land?0 -
It was I, Le_Kirk, who asked about proving "revenge claims"; I could just imagine in my head the judge asking for evidence of said revenge claims. Just wanted to make the OP aware that they might be asked this.0

I will look into finding evidence of those claims. I’m going to have to remove the part about no SAR being received as it come through today. Also with photographic ‘evidence’ however the pictures are terrible quality basically just showing vague shapes of the headlights and tail lights?
Any more criticism or ideas greatly appreciated

That sounds like usual ANPR woes. Awful angle. At least you now know the sum total of info they hold on you. Use that to your advantage.0

Sorry to be a nuisance guys but I'm really struggling to bulk up my defence and it has to be submitted in a few days so probably going to have to email it.
They haven't provided any PDT records from the day, can i use this in my defence even though I'm basically admitting to not paying as i didn't realise it was a paid car park? I cant think or find anything else to add to it really.
Any help appreciated,
Thanks0 -
And that is exactly what you should be doing.Anonimoose wrote: »...it has to be submitted in a few days so probably going to have to email it.
Please re-read post #6 above to refresh your memory on how to file your defence.0 -
The point is surely not to copy the line about revenge claims...unless this is one where they've been kicked off the site, it's not relevant.

Sorry Le_Kirk!
I thought the point was that no proof has been given that they actually own the land, so for all we know they could have lost the land but still be claiming charges, or would this not hold up?0 -
DQ was sent off on the 18th but the last update on MCOL is just that the claimant has filed DQ... deadline for it is 28th. Do i just wait to see if it appears or send a 2nd one via another method?
