PCN Appeal turned down?

    Just to update and close this one off, I just had notice back that POPLA have upheld my appeal and the charge has been cancelled.

    Thanks to everyone for their advice. I played the appeal half honest of what happened on the day and half using the templates and advice provided here, crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.

    Has taken over a month from submitting the appeal to POPLA to the decision today.
