I always cook burgers in the oven, melt cheese over and grill bacon for the bins.0

You can microwave them too. You just need a microwaveable plate that will withstand the heat of hot meat juices.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

By frying it really means doing them in a frying pan not in a deep fat fryer. Try that next time.

Doh, they don't mean deep fat frying, they mean in a frying pan with a smidgeon of oil to stop it sticking , turning constantly on a medium heat so it doesn't burn before cooking in the middle0
