can i fry a burger

hey guys
need some advice here, bought some burgers from Tesco but the label says the only way to cook them is to grill them
my friend says i can fry them and they will taste better
who is right

    Fry them if you want.
    Don't know which would taste better though.

    Frying makes a good burger, not the healthiest way to cook them but they can taste delicious. We have them for an occasional treat and the kids think they are far better fried than grilled.

    I assume that is frozen burger?

    You need to defrost before frying.

    You don't normally need to defrost before frying.

    You'll probably find the burgers fall apart if you defrost them before frying.

    Just make sure they are cooked through - just the same as you would if you grilled them.

    In fact they probably say best cooked from frozen.


    Make a hole in the middle and they cook quicker, it closes up while cooking.

    they are fresh from tesco
